Recovery Loaded Tea (Rooibos Base)

Equipment

  • A medium-sized pot
  • A fine-mesh strainer or tea infuser
  • A cup or mug

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon of Rooibos tea leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides about 10g
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brew the Rooibos Tea

  • Heat water to a boil, then add 1 teaspoon of Rooibos tea leaves and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup using a fine-mesh strainer or tea infuser.

Step 2: Add Turmeric and Black Pepper

  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder to the brewed Rooibos tea.

Step 3: Add Collagen Peptides

  • Add 1 scoop (about 10g) of collagen peptides to the tea mixture and stir until dissolved.

Step 4: Sweeten with Maple Syrup (optional)

  • If desired, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten the tea.
