- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Optional Add-ins (choose 1-2)
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
