Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon of yerba mate powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 scoop of BCAA powder
  • 1 tablet of creatine
  • 8 oz water
  • Natural sweetener monk fruit
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

Step 1

  • Add yerba mate, ginger, and cayenne to a large mug.
  • Blend these three ingredients together until well combined.

Step 2

  • Add BCAA powder and creatine to the mug.
  • Mix everything together until smooth.

Step 3

  • Add water to the mug and stir well.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
