Power Loaded Tea Recipe (Green Tea Base)
A revitalizing tea blend that combines the energizing properties of green tea with the cognitive-boosting powers of matcha powder, ginseng, and guarana.

- 1 teaspoon of Green Tea leaves or 1 green tea bag
- 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Ginseng powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Guarana powder
- 5-7 drops of L-theanine supplement optional
- 1 B-complex vitamin tablet optional
- 1 tablespoon of Honey natural sweetener
Step 1
Prepare the Green Tea Base
Boil water in a teapot or kettle.
Add 1 teaspoon of green tea leaves (or 1 green tea bag) to the boiling water.
Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength of tea.
Step 2
Mix the Boosters and Supplements
In a small bowl or cup, mix together 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder, 1/4 teaspoon of ginseng powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of guarana powder.
Step 3
Combine the Green Tea Base and Boosters
Once the green tea has steeped for 3-5 minutes, remove it from the heat.
Add the booster mixture to the green tea base and whisk until well combined (optional).
Step 4
Add Honey and L-theanine Supplement (if using)
Add 1 tablespoon of honey to the tea mixture and stir until dissolved.
If using, add 5-7 drops of L-theanine supplement to the tea mixture and stir.
