Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh dandelion flowers or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon dandelion root optional
  • 2 cups water
  • Honey or lemon optional, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Dandelions: Harvest dandelion flowers from an area free of pesticides. Rinse thoroughly to remove any dirt or bugs.

  • Boil Water: Pour 2 cups of water into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add Ingredients: Once boiling, add the dandelion flowers and roots (if using). Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
