Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee or iced espresso
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy, based on preference
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk or maple syrup for a lighter version
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or coffee-flavored ice cream for extra coffee flavor
  • Ice cubes optional for extra chill

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocado Base:

  • In a blender, combine the avocado, milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
