Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee your preferred coffee beans or ground coffee
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon curcumin turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon milk or non-dairy milk optional, for creaminess
  • A pinch of black pepper optional, to enhance curcumin absorption

Instructions
 

Brew the Coffee:

  • Brew your coffee as usual using a coffee maker, French press, or stovetop method. Pour it into a mug.

Add Cinnamon and Curcumin:

  • Stir in the ground cinnamon and curcumin (turmeric powder) into the hot coffee. Mix well until fully dissolved. Add a pinch of black pepper to increase curcumin's bioavailability (optional).

Sweeten and Cream (Optional):

  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the coffee and stir in milk or non-dairy milk for extra creaminess.
