Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole coffee beans
  • 8 oz dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional
  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder chop

Instructions
 

  • Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler
  • Add coconut oil for smooth consistency
  • Carefully dip each coffee bean in melted chocolate
  • Use fork to remove excess chocolate
  • Place on parchment paper
  • Sprinkle with optional toppings
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set
